4. Dress Code Policy

Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance while representing PT. APS. The dress code is business casual unless otherwise specified for special occasions.

4.1 Dress Code Guidelines

  • Acceptable attire includes collared shirts, slacks, skirts, and closed-toe shoes.
  • Unacceptable attire includes ripped jeans, flip-flops, and graphic T-shirts.

5. Workplace Safety Policy

PT. APS is committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees. We comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

5.1 Safety Procedures

  • Employees must report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
  • Safety training will be provided to all employees, and participation is mandatory.

6. Harassment Prevention Policy

PT. APS prohibits harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, bullying, and intimidation.

6.1 Reporting Procedures

  • Employees who experience or witness harassment should report it immediately to their supervisor or Human Resources.

Employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of PT. APS’s proprietary and sensitive information, as well as the information of our clients and employees.

Employees are encouraged to represent PT. APS positively on social media platforms while respecting the company’s confidentiality and reputation.

8.1 Social Media Guidelines

  • Employees should not disclose confidential information about the company or its clients.
  • Personal opinions expressed on social media should not imply endorsement by PT. APS.

9. Drug and Alcohol Policy

PT. APS is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. The use of illegal drugs or the misuse of alcohol or prescription drugs during working hours is prohibited.

9.1 Testing and Enforcement

  • Employees may be subject to random drug testing.
  • Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

10. Disciplinary Action Policy

PT. APS reserves the right to take disciplinary action when employees violate company policies. The disciplinary process may include:

  • Verbal warnings
  • Written warnings
  • Suspension
  • Termination
